- Forklift and material handling equipment sales
- Short-term and long-term rentals
- Equipment servicing and maintenance
- Replacement parts and accessories
All services are subject to availability and geographic coverage.
3. Quotes and Orders
- Quotes are non-binding and valid for a limited time.
- All orders require written or electronic confirmation.
- Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
- Taxes, delivery, and other fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of order.
4. Rental Terms
- Customers are responsible for equipment care during the rental period.
- Damages beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
- Rentals must be returned on time or late fees may apply.
- Delivery and pickup services are available at additional cost.
- Proof of insurance may be required for certain rentals.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per the agreement (Net 15, Net 30, or upon delivery).
- Accepted methods: debit/credit card, EFT, or wire transfer.
- Late payments may incur a service fee.
6. Returns and Cancellations
- Sales are generally final, unless defective or otherwise stated.
- Cancellation of confirmed rentals may incur a fee.
- Custom orders or special parts are non-returnable.
7. Warranty and Disclaimers
- New equipment comes with a manufacturer warranty.
- Used equipment is sold as-is, unless otherwise specified.
- Alteon Equipment disclaims liability for misuse or unauthorized modifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Alteon Equipment is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the product or service in dispute.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or damage rented equipment
- Use our website or services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Infringe on any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Alteon Equipment or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
